Who we are

STEM Learning Company operates stemlearning.store. Our legal entity is Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Contact theteam@customersupport.care with privacy questions or requests.

Information used for orders and support

When you check out or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and message. We use it to process and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates and maintain business records.

Payments and service providers

Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own privacy policies. Our payment flow sends order and contact information needed to complete the transaction to your chosen provider. We do not receive your full card details. We share information needed for delivery with fulfilment and shipping providers, and use hosting, email and order-management services to operate the shop. These providers may process information outside the United States.

Browser storage and analytics

Your basket is saved in your browser. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.

Embedded content

Videos, support tools and other embedded services can receive information such as your IP address and browser details when loaded. Their own privacy policies apply.

Retention and requests

We retain order and support records as needed to fulfil orders, handle queries and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, accounting or security purposes.

Children

Our products are intended for children to use with appropriate adult supervision. Purchases and support enquiries should be made by an adult. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission.
